⋆ since this item is made-to-order, the processing time may take weeks, depending on stock and the amount of time the case takes to completely dry (5-14 days depending on the temperature). if you are ordering a case that I do not have, please keep in mind that when I order your case, they may take around 2-5 days to arrive (due to phone cases I do not have immediate access to).
⋆ colors are affected depending on our screens & photos have lighting adjustments. Please allow for slight differences.

every case will be unique and the customer makes all the decisions from the color, charms, and other additions! if you see a charm you like from my other socials (tiktok & insta @ decofxiry) and i do not have it, we will figure something out to make up for that charm!
if I contact you about design, layout, and charms, I will need a response. If I do not get a response: I will choose the design, layout, and charms of the case based on your personalized note/description.
if you do not have a cream glue piping design/layout in mind and I take matters into my own hands, I will not redo it. I will confirm what design I will be doing with you, and if it is agreed on, I will not able to redo the design if you do not like it. please take into consideration the time and materials I put into making your cases! 💕

care instructions
✧･ﾟ please avoid wet surfaces or moisture. If it does get wet, please tap dry with a towel or tissue then leave out to dry for about 24 houts in a dry and well ventilated area.
✧･ﾟ if charms fall off or cream begins to peel super glue, B-7000, or E-6000 works wonders.
✧･ﾟ as this product is handmade, please treat with utmost care.
