all of these decoden items are hand decorated, they will have slight imperfections. imperfections may include dust, scratches, etc. do not buy if you do not like any kind of imperfection.

colors are affected depending on our screens & photos have lighting adjustments. please allow for slight differences.

these types of cases are not meant for protection, they are more of a decorative case/accessory to take photos with.

if you would like to order an extra protective case, please message me! i do not provide extra protective cases, you would need to order the case to me or pay an extra free..

when typing down your description for your custom decoden phone item, please include piping style/border, theme of charms, color of cream glue, and any additions. feel free to also provide me with inspiration images or references of my work!

**IMPORTANT**

every case will be unique and the customer makes all the decisions from the color, charms, and other additions!

if i contact you about design, layout, and charms, I will need a response. if i do not get a response: i will choose the design, layout, and charms of the case based on your personalized note/description.

i will confirm what design i will be doing with you. if it is agreed on, I will not able to redo the design if you do not like the outcome. please take into consideration the time and materials I put into making your cases! 💕

since these items are made-to-order, the processing time will be 3-6 weeks depending on stock and the amount of time the case takes to completely dry (5-14 days depending on the temperature). if you are ordering a case that i do not have, please keep in mind that when i order your case, they may take around 2-5 days or even longer to arrive (due to phone cases o do not have easier access to). SO BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION.
